Warranty Policy

We have full confidence in the quality of our products and provide you with limited warranty service, covering issues arising from material or process defects under normal use.

Warranty Period
All Aiasmart products come with a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment.
*If you purchase in EU or EFTA countries/regions, according to local regulations, the warranty period will be extended to 2 years.
*This warranty only applies to products purchased from Aiasmart official or authorized dealers, and valid proof of purchase must be provided when applying.

Scope of warranty coverage
During the warranty period, if the product exhibits the following manufacturing defects under normal use, we will provide free repair or replacement services:
*Hardware manufacturing defects
*Malfunctions caused by defects in components or materials
*Internal electrical problems caused by non-human factors
*Functional issues that prevent the product from functioning as expected

Situations not covered by warranty:
*Damage caused by accidents, falls, misuse, liquid ingress, or moisture
*Appearance damage that does not affect product functionality (such as scratches, dents)
*Problems caused by the use of non original accessories or software
*Unauthorized attempts at disassembly, modification, or repair
*Normal wear and tear (such as natural decay of battery capacity with use)
*Any data stored within the device is lost
*The product serial number has been tampered with, the label is damaged, or the component is missing

Warranty application process
If you need warranty service, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact customer service: send an email to support@aiasmart.com And provide your order number, problem description, relevant photos/videos, and purchase voucher.
2. Review and Return: After our evaluation and confirmation, we will send you a prepaid return label to guide you in returning the product.
3. Testing and Handling: After receiving and testing the product, if it meets the warranty conditions, we will provide free repair or replacement; If it does not meet the requirements, we will notify you and provide a paid repair option.

Important Notice
*Before sending for repair, please make sure to backup and delete personal data. We are not responsible for data loss.
*The replaced product may be a brand new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent product of the same model.
*The remaining warranty period of the repaired or replaced product shall be based on the original warranty period and shall not be extended.
*If the product does not meet the warranty conditions and you have not paid the return shipping fee within the specified period, we reserve the right to dispose of the product.

* Any data stored on the device is lost.
* Product serial number has been tampered with, label is damaged, or parts are missing.
