Returns and Refunds
We design our products to help you stay connected and capture every moment. But we also know that sometimes things don’t go as planned—and that’s okay. To ensure your shopping experience is always worry-free, we have a clear and convenient return process.
- Eligibility and Conditions for Returns
You can apply for a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your order, but the following conditions must be met:
– Returned items are applicable to official Aiasmart products and accessories.
– The product must be in “brand new” condition, with no signs of use, scratches or damage.
– All original accessories, instruction manuals, and packaging (including inner and outer boxes and protective materials) must be returned intact.
Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
– The product is worn, scratched, or stained;
– Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized disassembly;
– The product issue is outside the scope of our limited warranty;
– The returned goods are incomplete or the packaging is not intact.

Please contact our customer service team at support@aiasmart.com, stating your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Provide information and photos
Our customer service will verify your order information and may ask you to provide **photos of the product and its original packaging** to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
- Obtain the return label
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a **prepaid return label** via email. Please use this label to return the item to the designated warehouse.
- Return the goods
Please pack the item properly (original packaging is recommended) and include all accessories. Send it from the nearest drop-off point using the provided label.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be returned to your original payment account, and processing time is typically 5–10 business days.
III. Important Notes
Please keep the “Return Shipping Note” until the refund is confirmed for future reference.
– If the goods are refused because they do not meet the return conditions, we will contact you to arrange for their return, and the customer will bear the shipping costs.
– Refunds do not include original shipping costs (if applicable) unless the return is due to product quality issues or our error.
