Delivery area
We currently support delivery to North America, Europe, and some international regions. If you cannot select your address at checkout, please contact customer service: support@aiasmart.com.
Delivery and Timeliness
Once your order is processed, we will arrange shipment according to your chosen delivery method:
– Standard delivery: 5-10 business days. You can track the logistics progress at any time after shipment.
Tariff Explanation
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, depending on the regulations of the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order amount or shipping costs. Aiasmart is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery restrictions
We do not currently support delivery to P.O. Boxes or military base addresses. Orders placed to such addresses may be automatically cancelled and refunded.
